About Room101 Gin
Room101 Gin is distilled in small batches at the Sun Liquor Distillery in Seattle, Washington from soft winter wheat and local organic botanicals, fruits, and spices from all over the globe, with the juniper taking the back seat. The botanicals are as follows: California orange, lime, and lemon peel, sage, coriander, star anise, lavender, lemongrass, cardamom, Oregon juniper, Jamaican pimento (allspice), and Japanese cherry blossom. The water comes from the Cedar River watershed, famous for being some of the tastiest in the country. The gin rests in stainless steel tanks for 3 months, letting the flavors and aromas of the botanicals marry. The crisp and fresh citrus-driven spirit was crafted to be a perfect companion to a cigar, with Booth firmly standing behind this unusual pairing.
