More recently, they have branched out into spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails. They currently have 4 gins in their lineup: the Artisanal Dry Gin, Lavender & Juniper Gin, Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin, and Plum & Blackthorn Gin. The Lavender & Juniper Gin expression is bottled at 87 proof and features a distinctly floral, citrusy, and nutty profile, owing to its unique blend of botanicals which include juniper, coriander, lavender, heather, camomile, almond, orris, and bergamot oil. It’s a deep blue color that changes into pink when tonic or lemon is added. The bottle features artwork by Philadelphia-based artist and muralist Lawren Alice.

Founded in 2013 by Bob Russell and Matt Johnston, Collective Arts Brewing is a Canadian grassroots craft brewery that is based in Hamilton, Ontario. About Gin
