About Bribon Blanco Tequila
Bribon Blanco Tequila starts like any proper tequila should ― with fully matured agaves that take from 7 to 10 years to reach maturity. These are harvested by hand, and cooked for 18 hours. Then, they are shredded, releasing the juices. The juices are left to ferment in tanks for an extended period of time, while the yeast transforms the sugars into alcohol. Finally, the fermented juice is double distilled using a column still. Bottled unaged at 80 proof, it’s an aromatic, floral, herbal, and spicy tequila that is perfect for classic cocktails.
